Custom generative software (particle swarm agents)

Schwarm is a generative software by Studio A N F, first released in 2012 from the studio in Berlin. The software uses a swarm of drawing agents that follow a defined rule set with partial autonomy, gradually composing abstract images derived from the color palette of a reference photograph. Schwarm produces an infinite sequence of unique images when run and became the code base for the studio's later V0ID, Karst, and Void Vaporwave works.
